Use shortcode [add_user_comment_edd] in the page ‘Payment confirmation’ already created by the Easy Digital Downloads plugin.

Download ‘EDD Service Extended’.
Upload the \’edd-service-extended\‘ directory to your \’/wp-content/plugins/\‘ directory, using your favorite method (ftp, sftp, scp, etc…).
