- Go to the ‚Add New‘ plugins page in your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Search for the ‚GoTo Contact Center WebChat‘ plugin.
- Click ‚Install Now‘ and activate the plugin.
- Select the ‚GoTo Contact Center WebChat‘ page in your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Add the web chat integration snippet code by logging in to your GoTo Contact Center account and copying the snippet from the relevant chat queue.
- Hit ‚Save‘ to save the changes.
