## Popis

**Traceify** gives your WooCommerce store a professional, branded order-tracking
experience — and the tools to proactively keep customers updated via WhatsApp and
email.

#### Customer-Facing Features

 * **Beautiful branded tracking page** — replaces WooCommerce’s default plain order
   status page
 * **Visual progress timeline** — Order Placed  Processing  Shipped  Delivered
 * **Estimated Delivery Date** — auto-calculated date range shown prominently on
   the tracking page
 * **Order summary** — items with images, quantities, totals, and shipping address
 * **Customer order notes** — shows notes you have added to the order
 * **„Chat on WhatsApp“ button** — lets customers contact your store instantly

#### Admin Features

 * **WhatsApp column** on the WooCommerce orders list — one click to send a status
   update to any customer
 * **WhatsApp meta box** on every order detail page — preview the message then send
 * **Estimated Delivery Date meta box** — manually override the auto-calculated 
   delivery date per order
 * **Branded HTML email notifications** — send beautiful order-status emails on 
   status change
 * **Per-status message templates** for both WhatsApp and email
 * **Template placeholders**: `{customer_name}` `{order_number}` `{order_status}``{
   order_total}` `{store_name}` `{tracking_url}`

#### Estimated Delivery Date

When an order moves to Processing, Traceify automatically calculates an estimated
delivery window based on your configured processing time and shipping days. Weekend
exclusion is supported. Admins can override the date per order from the order detail
page.

#### Branded Email Notifications

Send beautiful HTML emails that match your store branding when order status changes.
The „Shipped“ status email is enabled by default (WooCommerce has no built-in shipped
email). Processing, Completed, Cancelled, and On Hold emails are off by default 
to avoid duplicating WooCommerce’s own emails — but can be enabled if you prefer
Traceify’s branded template.

#### Zero API Cost for WhatsApp

Uses WhatsApp’s free **wa.me** deep-link protocol. No WhatsApp Business API, no 
monthly subscription, no third-party service. Clicking the button opens WhatsApp
on your device with the message pre-filled — just tap Send.

#### Settings

 * **General** — brand color (color picker), logo URL, store display name
 * **WhatsApp** — business number, show/hide customer contact button, per-status
   message templates
 * **Tracking Page** — page assignment, shortcode reference
 * **Delivery EDD** — processing days, min/max shipping days, weekend exclusion 
   toggle
 * **Email Notifications** — master toggle, per-status on/off, custom subject lines

#### WooCommerce HPOS Compatible

Fully compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (custom order tables)
and block-based checkout.

## Inštalácia

 1. Upload the `traceify-for-woocommerce` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`
 2. Activate the plugin from the Plugins menu in WordPress
 3. A **„Track Your Order“** page is created automatically with the `[traceify_tracker]`
    shortcode
 4. Go to **WooCommerce  Traceify** to configure branding, WhatsApp, delivery dates,
    and email

## Časté otázky

### Does this need the WhatsApp Business API?

No. Traceify uses WhatsApp’s free wa.me deep-link. No API key, no approval process,
no cost.

### Will it work with WooCommerce HPOS?

Yes. Traceify declares full HPOS and Cart/Checkout Block compatibility.

### Can I use the shortcode on an existing page?

Yes. Add `[traceify_tracker]` to any page or post.

### How is the estimated delivery date calculated?

Traceify adds your configured processing days + shipping days (min and max) to the
order date. If weekend exclusion is enabled, Saturdays and Sundays are skipped. 
You can override the date manually on any order.

### Will email notifications conflict with WooCommerce’s default emails?

No. By default, only the „Shipped“ status email is enabled — WooCommerce has no 
built-in email for that status. Processing, Completed, Cancelled, and On Hold emails
are off by default.

### Is customer data secure?

Yes. Order lookup requires both the order number and the billing email address, 
preventing order enumeration. All inputs are sanitized, all outputs are escaped,
and forms are nonce-protected.
